Deadlines

The deadline for placing all Classified & Business Service advertising is the Tuesday prior to the publication date at 12 p.m. (CST). You may call 214-369-7570 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. (CST) Monday through Friday to place your ad. Ads may also be faxed to 214-369-7736, or email to pcn@parkcitiesnews.com. Please include your name and a phone number.

Payment
All classified ads are payable in advance. For your convenience we accept American Express, VISA, MasterCard and DISCOVER Card. Please do not send any credit card information by email, a classified ad representative will contact you for this information after receiving your ad copy.

Classified & Business Services Advertising Rates
For Classified Word Ads
$20 for sixteen words and 10 cents for each additional word per week. Bold lettering; special headings, pictures and borders are extra.

Display Classified Advertising
Rates for Display Classified advertising are $22 per column inch (2 & 1/2 Inches wide) and must run a minimum of two consecutive issues.

Business Service Advertising
Rates for Business Service advertising are $22 per column inch (2 & 1/2 Inches wide) and must run a minimum of four consecutive issues.

Acceptance Of Advertising
The Park Cities News reserves the right to reject or revise any copy, which it considers objectionable, either because said copy is not in keeping with usual newspaper standards or propriety, or for any other reasons deemed material. In the event, the advertiser assumes full liability for the content of all advertising printed. Advertising set to resemble news matter must carry the word "advertisement" at the top of the ad.

Real Estate Advertising
All real estate advertised in The Park Cities News is subject to the Fair Housing Act, which makes it illegal to advertise "any preference, limitation, discrimination because of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, family status, or national origin, or intention to make any such preference, limitation or discrimination." The Park Cities News will not knowingly accept any advertising, which is in violation of the law. All persons are hereby informed that all dwellings advertised in The Park Cities News are on an equal opportunity basis.
